SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:  This service will turn your Barred / FINANCED = EIP T-Mobile device into Clean, so you can re-use on the Origin Carrier or submit for Unlock (READ NOTE BELOW).  The service will NOT clean Non Payment Blocked in your T-Mobile Account and will NOT clean Equipment Installment Plan. Warning: Wrong Carrier/Fraud No Refund. This service is for cleaning Phones from lost/stolen/blocked IMEI (If your phone is lost/stolen/blocked). This service will clean the Phone so it does not show lost/stolen/blocked.

  INFORMATION: Our system will return the unlock code status as "CLEAN" or "DONE" .... Once you receive this you may then submit for Factory Unlock or Re-Activate for Service!    NOTE: It is official Clean IMEI by carrier where carriers will register your phone in their database as clean. It's not software (jailbreaking) unlocking. The service we offer will make your device clean IMEI, which means you will be able to submit for unlocking or update to future apple firmware without issues.  NO REFUND for Wrong Submissions!!

VERY IMPORTANT: We suggest you notify your customer that service should not be used to clean and activate on T-Mobile, only clean for unlocking. Verifications WILL NOT BE accepted after 7 days of completed order [Suppliers policy] -  NO Exceptions!!! If the IMEI goes Bad after 7 days, we can try and assist to remove but Can Not Guarantee supplier will accept - you will need to resubmit again -  NO Exceptions!!! There is no way for us to check what IMEI will be cleaned without financing. Just because it's blocked it does not mean it has financed and/or just because it's lost it does not mean it does not have financing. Three (3) keynotes to keep in note before ordering:

1) If the phone is blocked for financing and it gets cleaned and the customer tries to activate it on T-Mobile | MetroPCS it will immediately go back to blocked.  No Refund will be given.

2) If a blocked IMEI due to financing is cleaned, the status will still show financing after cleaned (on the checker).

3) If the phone is reported Lost or Stolen and it is cleaned without financing it can be used on T-Mobile with no problem. It will show BLOCKED on other carriers like AT&T if you unlock it. So in this case you will only be able to use on T-Mobile.
